It's public domain, as I didn't create the original, just traced it. Wikipedia also has one here ([link]) but that's CC licensed. It's slightly better, but I prefer to use my own...
Sorry, I tried my hardest, but Groudon just doesn't seem to want to go . Face is an odd shape, what with the head-fins and all, and I couldn't find any decent pictures to trace, they're all either too low quality or side on (I posses approximately zero artistic talent, 90% of these pictures on here are traces and manipulations, so I can't just draw one from scratch). Irritating thing is, I can SEE it in my mind's eye, but can't translate that to screen. Sorry...
